yes, all of the spring collections are revealing themselves at new york fashion week this week, but since i live to confuse you i thought i’d shine a light on cole haan’s lookbook for this upcoming season. its timing is far more appropriate, don’t you think? featuring dree hemingway lost in the midwest plains (specifically, hemingway’s hometown of sun valley, idaho), the campaign was shot by glen luchford and launched last month on colehaan.com and in all retail locations. i don’t know about you, but i need to get to know that leather duffel bag on a personal level.

even though these shoes are currently tearing apart the backs of my heels, i love them so much that i’m trying not to care. ‘geriatric chic’ is very *in* for summer 2014.

olivia kim and jen brill have been murdering the game when it comes to their partnership with cole haan. the two fashion insiders already have a few seasons of design experience with the brand, but the sandals they’ve cooked up for the upcoming season (particularly the blush and tan styles shown above) are epic.

get thee to your nearest cole haan because these colorways are super tasty.

note: also, do you follow the brand on tumblr yet? i’m serious about this — cole haan’s is one of the best branded blogs i’ve seen in a pretty substantial amount of time.

chanukah is on the horizon and since i know you’re all wondering what to get me for any one of those eight nights during the ‘festival of lights,’ i figured i’d throw you a bone: these cole haan oxfords. first, they’re metallic. second, they’re oxfords; i love me a manly shoe. also important to note is that cole haan has a tumblr (& it’s pretty good).
