i’ve been slacking, you guys! and no one said anything! since i’ve missed about a month of “a bag a week,” it is back and, i swear, it’ll never leave you again. this edition features a cult classic, the foley & corinna mid-city tote in a brand-spanking-new shade of seafoam. though the company recently closed its lower east side boutique, i have a feeling that there are big things in f & c’s future. what’s inside my bag?
you asked for the navy foley & corinna disco city tote as this week’s “a bag a week,” and here it is, in its full glory, crammed full of all my crap. and this isn’t just your average convertible clutch; it stirred up a lot of controversy when i first bought it. inside:

another week, another “a bag a week.” since the season has been mild thus far (no snow! i love snow.), i thought i’d brighten it up with some neon. why not take a trend usually worn in the warmer months and try it out right now? what’s your pick:
since i skipped the last edition of “a bag a week,” i didn’t want to leave you hanging any longer: i’ve been using the same satchel for the past two weeks. this little olivia harris number became my latest obsession after i snagged it at the gryson sample sale for a fraction of its original cost; initially, it had been missing a front closure, but the lovely ladies at gryson fixed it within a week. here’s what it’s been carrying:
