since i’m home on a saturday night, i might as well tell you about that time i went to the aol blogger’s night out party and drank far too many cocktails. it happened on thursday night. after finding out that chef marcus samuelsson would be there, whipping up one of his sure-to-be-delicious recipes, i could think of no one else to accompany me: tumblr’s own eloise moorehead. the last time we had a dinner date, she cooked me one of his tuna recipes!

how adorable — the bathroom was called “the little blogette’s room” as a nod to the many females in attendance. there were also signature drink created with vision vodka, limoncello, fresh basil, fresh muddled lemons and a hint of lemon. (let’s just say that they went straight to my head!) as mr. samuelsson cooked for the crowd, i ran into kelly and gave her a nibble.

it was the most fun i’ve had on a thursday night since nickel night at uconn.
