though i’m sure what you saw at h&m is not an identical replica, this fringe dress looks very similar to the following high-end versions: alice + olivia, larok, velvet, and moschino.

i think i just saw this dress at h&m, maybe sara can give me a ruling if the h&m one is a knock off of some other fabulous company? i looked at it from a few angles and its constructed the same way, as far as i can tell.
