this thursday, be sure to donate a pair of your gently-worn shoes to nancy bowen’s sculture, which will be located at union square. the first 100 participants will be given a new pair of free shoes (i have no more information on what kind). the project is hosted by marshall’s in an attempt to draw attention to their campaign against domestic violence and for every shoe sold [at the store] between oct. 2-16th, $1 will be donated to safe horizons.
