i think you misunderstood the meaning in my 48 words. before jumping to snark, you should know that i live on a budget, anonymous. my life is one large budget, but aside from that, my point [however vague] was that i find it silly to spend $80 on a pair of mass-produced, poorly-designed heels when you can go to a marshall’s or dsw and buy the product of a respected brand made with quality materials for half the price. payless shoes are notoriously cheap in construct and are known to fall apart after only a few wears.

side note: i have never spent more than $60 on footwear.
