my opinion is more on the aspect of layering in general: i’m all for it. when it’s cold outside, why shouldn’t you want to keep warm by placing one item over another? in your case, i tackled the new trend of sweatshirt layering. always make sure that you show the clothing underneath by having sleeves or a collar peek out.
keep accessories light as you will be bulking up with all that fabric.
