hope you don’t mind that i waited until it was “answer your questions tuesday.” i totally feel you—i constantly put items in my e-shopping cart only to click away because i’m looking for the bigger, better deal. after a bit of searching, i found more than a few pairs of black chelsea boots priced under $100, but picked my favorites. here they are:
