the question of “to spend or not to spend?” really is a personal one. i cannot possibly know your financial situation or what you will or won’t wear for years. nevertheless, in my opinion, a tan cape is a classic that will go with almost anything in your wardrobe, but i am always looking for a good deal. here are 3 that fit that bill (they’re all under $100):
