rather than showing you particular looks, here are some tips you may want to keep in mind when dressing that tasty fruit(pears are yummy)-shaped frame of yours:

  • avoid boxy shapes on top; veer toward slim-fitting shirts
  • to balance out your shape, add upper-body embellishment
  • aim for a-line, knee-length skirts
  • stay away from skinny jeans; wide, boot cut or flared styles are best
  • lengthen your legs with a pair of heels, but avoid ankle straps
